We are proud to offer international shipping services that currently operate in over 200 countries and islands world wide. Nothing means more to us than bringing our customers great value and service. How do you ship packages?

Packages from our warehouse in ShangHai&HongKong will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS.

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes. We provide free shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some location we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.

What about customs?

We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.

How long does shipping take?

Shipping time varies by location. These are our estimates:

Cancellation Policy

We rely on an automated process to provide you with the fastest service possible.  For this reason, an order can only be cancelled if it is Pending Approval. Otherwise, our usual returns process is available for qualified items.  The primary reason for this is that many of the products we carry are shipped directly from the manufacturer. To ensure prompt delivery the order is transmitted to them as soon as possible, making it near impossible to stop the shipment after they have received the order.

Timing is crucial when cancelling an order.  If you need to make a cancellation request please contact us immediately.

No changes can be made to orders once they have been submitted and approved, but we would be happy to enter an additional order for you.

Please Note: Items whose ‘Item Availability’ are marked ‘Custom’ or ‘Made to Order’ cannot be changed, canceled, or returned at any time.

 

Pricing & Tax Policy

We make every effort to correctly portray the items and information contained in this web site. In the event of pricing errors, errors in descriptions, and informational content errors, we will attempt to correct the situation in a timely fashion once notified. We will not be held liable for pricing errors and reserve the right to cancel any order or refuse shipment at any time with written notice to the buyer.

 

 

Sales Tax

Items sold and shipped to destinations in the state of New Mexico,US are subject to sales tax. State laws require that we charge sales tax on the full amount of the order.

While laws differ between taxing authorities, you may be obligated to pay sales or use tax on this purchase to your state and/or other tax jurisdiction.
